REVISIONS
Yes, we do provide you with unlimited revisions as per the package that you have chosen. Kindly note that the revisions are modifications to the logo design that you have chosen and in case you need an entirely different logo concept, we would request you to place an additional order with us.
MULTIPLE BRAND DESIGNING
Kindly note that the basic, standard and premium packages mentioned above support the brand designing for a SINGLE BRAND NAME. In case you would like to work on multiple brand designing we may suggest you get in touch with us so that we may be able to share a custom quote based on your requirement
STATIONERY DESIGNS
We do provide stationery designs like letterhead, HTML Mail signature, 2 sided Business card design with or without OMR Recognition, Mobile App Icons, FAV Icon Kit, Social Media Kit and envelope design. They can be included as add-on services or please message me for a custom offer.
ARTWORKS AND MASCOTS
We currently DO NOT undertake the above mentioned logo styles. We can help you out with Modern, Minimal, Graphical logo designs. Please read the gig description for more information.
CUSTOM ORDERS
You may request us the additional requirements by sending us a message or sending us a custom offer request. We shall send you a custom order request in case we undertake the same. We will send you a reply confirming the same.
TIME FRAME
The average time frame for the FIRST DELIVERY is mentioned in the gig packages. Choosing the extra fast delivery option as add-on will give you a quicker turnaround for the first delivery.
REFUND POLICY
In case that you are not satisfied at all with the concepts and designs, you can send a message, and depending on the circumstances, most of the times we do offer refunds. Mutal-cancelation and refunding the order are only possible before the order is rated and marked as complete by you.
