If you're not satisfied with the initial concepts, a refund or mutual cancellation may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are available only before a concept is selected and revisions begin. Once revisions start, the order is non-refundable.

Revisions apply only to refinements of your selected logo concept. Requests for a new logo concept are considered an additional service.

The Premium Package includes a basic 2-page Brand Sheet featuring your brand color codes and typography styles. For a comprehensive brand identity system, a detailed Brand Guidelines document is available as an add-on.
