Line editing sits between developmental editing and copyediting, focusing on how the writing feels moment to moment.
Please note it does not cover character arcs, plot structure, POV, grammar, and punctuation corrections.

Do you edit all genres of fiction?
I currently line edit only fantasy, romance, and mysteries.
What’s the difference between line editing and copyediting or developmental editing?
Line editing focuses on the style and flow of your writing on the sentence level. It’s about how your story reads line by line. It does not include deep structural changes (developmental editing) or grammar and punctuation fixes (copyediting).
Do you edit LGBTQIA+ fiction?
Yes, absolutely <3 m/m mysteries are one of my favourites.
Will you change my writing style or voice?
No. My goal is not to rewrite your work. I work to preserve your voice and intent while making your prose clearer, smoother, and more effective. I'm a writer too so I do understand how important it is to preserve your voice.
