FAQ
Can you build a CRM in SmartSuite?
Yes. I can structure contacts, companies, deals, stages, activities, follow-ups, views, dashboards, and automations around your sales process. The exact scope depends on the package you order.
Can you create forms and dashboards?
Yes. I can build SmartSuite forms for lead capture, onboarding, requests, or internal intake, plus dashboards that show KPIs, workload, pipeline status, and other live workspace data.
Can you automate my workflow?
Yes. I can configure native SmartSuite automations for notifications, reminders, record creation, updates, approvals, and handoffs. Advanced Make, Zapier, API, or webhook work may require a custom offer.
Can you migrate data into SmartSuite?
Yes, when included in the agreed scope. Please provide a clean CSV, Excel, or Google Sheets export and explain how the data should map into the new SmartSuite tables and fields.
