I will be your bootstrap cto for your startup

Objective

You are currently developing a product or project that requires technical expertise. Being that your expertise is outside the technology realm, you are looking for expert leadership from an experienced IT practitioner. I am a Consulting CTO. I will be the technology leader for you, providing mentorship, strategic technology guidance, and the development and management of a technology team to deliver your product to market.

I recognize that you are in a crucial start-up phase and provide my Consulting CTO services at a fractional rate than that of a full-time CTO. You will retain all Intellectual Property rights to the technology pertaining to your product.

Project Proposal

I will evaluate the current state of your project to determine the best strategy for delivering a Prototype, MVP, or next release. This strategy will cover the areas of technology platforms and infrastructure, development methodology (SDLC, Project Management), team acquisition and development, and feature evaluation and selection.

I will also serve in a consulting capacity to answer questions and provide expert advice as needed to you and the team.
