No the revisions don't cost anything extra, as far as the revision is within the agreed scope. Other than that, client can ask for as much revisions as they want until they are satisfied.
Does the design comply with international and local coded and standards?
Yes, all the designs are in accordance with the international standards governing design principles. If any other local laws or regulations apply, please mention so the design can be done accordingly.
