Do I need a paid Notion plan?
No. Most features work on the free plan. Some advanced automations need a paid Notion plan, and I'll let you know before building if that applies to you.
Do you need access to my Notion account?
No. I build the workspace in my own account and send you a link to duplicate it into yours. For data imports, you send me a CSV export.
Is this a pre-made template?
No. Every workspace is designed from scratch around your business, your workflow and your team.
Can I edit the template after delivery?
Yes. It's 100% yours. You can change, add or remove anything, and the documentation shows you how.
I'm not sure what I need. Where do I start?
Send me a message describing how your business works today. I'll suggest the right package and systems before you place an order.
Can you import my existing data?
Yes. Add the "Data import" extra, and I will import and organize your data up to 100 rows.
What does the structure plan include?
A map of all databases, how they connect, and the main views. You approve it before I start building, so there are no surprises.
