About this gig
Is your website ready for the European Accessibility Act? Since 28 June 2025, most online shops and digital services that sell to consumers in the EU must be accessible. An accessible site also sells better: more people can find a product, read about it and pay.
Choose your package:
- Essential: up to 5 key page types.
- Standard: up to 10 key page types.
- E-commerce: the whole shop, from the home page to checkout.
What you get:
- A manual audit against WCAG 2.1 AA, the basis of EN 301 549: keyboard only, the NVDA screen reader, 200% zoom, contrast, forms, images and headings.
- A clear written report: every issue, where it is, why it matters and how to fix it, ordered by impact.
- A short summary for management, without jargon.
Any platform: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow or custom code. I also audit against the Norwegian rules and the AODA (Ontario).
How I work: send me your website address and the pages that matter most. I test by hand, not only with automated tools. All communication is in writing.

Do you work with any platform?
Yes. I test what visitors see, so WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow and custom sites are all fine.
Do you fix the issues too?
The audit includes a report and a fix plan; your developer makes the changes. For step-by-step fixes with code examples, add the "Developer fix guide" extra.
Is this a legal compliance certificate?
No. It is a technical audit against WCAG 2.1 AA. For legal questions, please consult a lawyer.
What do you need from me?
Your website address, the list of pages to check and, if pages are behind a login, a test account.
How long does it take?
Essential: up to 4 days. Standard: up to 7 days. E-commerce: up to 10 days. I start as soon as I have your website address and the list of pages.
Do you use only automated tools?
No. Automated tools catch only part of the issues. I check every page by hand with a keyboard and a screen reader, and use automated tools only as support.
My site has more pages. What then?
Choose Standard for up to 10 page types, or E-commerce for a whole shop. For larger sites, message me and I will send a custom offer.
Will you check again after the fixes?
Yes, with the "Re-check after fixes" extra: I re-test the fixed pages and confirm what is resolved.
Is my data safe with a test account?
Yes. I use only the test account you give me, make no purchases, change no real data and delete the access details after delivery.
