What access will you need?
Depending on the issue: WordPress admin, hosting panel, and/or FTP/SFTP/SSH access. Never send passwords in public messages - use Fiverr's secure attachments/requirements once we've confirmed scope.
Will you make a backup first?
I check your existing backup/recovery options before any potentially risky change where access allows. The exact approach depends on what access and backups already exist.
Can you fix WooCommerce checkout problems?
Yes, within the package scope. Complex payment-gateway or account-side issues may need extra investigation or a custom offer.
Can you fix Elementor issues?
