Is my data safe? Can you sign an NDA?
I keep all client documents and data strictly confidential and won't reuse or share them. I'm happy to put that in writing in our chat. I don't sign formal legal contracts, but confidentiality is a firm commitment either way.
Which AI provider do you use?
OpenAI or Anthropic by default, but I can work with your preferred provider if you have one — just mention it in your order requirements.
How accurate will the answers be?
The chatbot answers strictly from your provided documents, not general AI knowledge, so accuracy depends on how complete and clear your source material is. I'll flag any gaps I notice during setup.
What if my documents change later?
You can update the source documents yourself if you get the source code (Premium), or message me for an update — pricing depends on scope.
Do I need technical knowledge to use this?
No. I handle the technical build entirely. You just provide your documents and tell me where you want the chatbot to live.
What if I'm not satisfied with the delivery?
