What do you need to get started?

Which data formats do you accept?
I can work with Excel, CSV, SQL database exports, and Power BI files. Please contact me first if your data is in another format.
What is included in the Basic package?
The Basic package includes custom T-SQL queries, data cleaning, multi-table JOINs, and data extraction. It does not include a Power BI dashboard.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard includes a focused interactive Power BI dashboard. Premium includes a custom multi-page executive dashboard, complex DAX KPIs, advanced insights, SQL optimization, and an executive summary.
Will I receive the editable Power BI file?
Yes. Standard and Premium deliveries include the editable .PBIX file unless another delivery format is agreed upon before ordering.
What do revisions cover?
Revisions cover reasonable corrections to the original agreed requirements. New pages, KPIs, data sources, or major design changes may require an additional order.
What does the 30-day Premium support include?
Premium support covers minor corrections and questions related to the delivered project for 30 days. It does not include new dashboards, pages, KPIs, or major scope changes.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. Your data will only be used to complete the agreed project. Please remove or mask highly sensitive information before sharing your files.
