I run prepress at a commercial print house - offset, digital and wide format printing - so your artwork is checked against a real production workflow, not a tutorial.
THE PROBLEM
Canva, Figma and AI tools export RGB, with no bleed and no crop marks. Colours print muddy, edges come out white, small text goes fuzzy. The printer sends the files back and you lose a week.

Design and prepress from inside a print house - not from a tutorial.
I run operations at a commercial print house: offset, digital and wide format. I started as a press operator, and today I'm the person who receives incoming artwork and sees exactly why files get rejected - RGB, no bleed, hairlines, wrong black, a dieline drawn as decoration. My designers come from the same production background.

FAQ
What do you need from me to get started?
Your design file and your printer's spec sheet: final size, bleed, colour profile, and the file format they ask for. No spec sheet? Send the files anyway and tell me what you are printing - I will set them to standard commercial print house values and flag anything the printer may query.
I made it in Canva. Can you still make it print ready?
Yes, this is the most common job I get. Canva exports RGB with no bleed and flattened text. I rebuild the file for press: CMYK conversion with visual colour control, bleed and safe zone, crop marks, and a print ready PDF that a print house will accept.
Do you design from scratch?
This gig is prepress only - I prepare, fix and check existing artwork for professional printing. If your file needs actual design work, message me first and I will tell you honestly what is worth fixing and what is worth redrawing.
Will my printer actually accept the file?
That is the point of the service. Files go out as PDF/X built to your printer's spec, with a preflight report showing bleed, colour, resolution and fonts all passing. If your printer still queries anything, send me their message and I will correct it.
What file formats do you accept?
AI, INDD, PSD, PDF, EPS, SVG, CDR, and JPG or PNG. Canva and Figma exports are fine too. If you have something unusual, message me before ordering and I will confirm I can open it.
My images are low resolution or AI generated. Can you fix them?
I run a 300 DPI check and flag every image that will print soft. Many can be upscaled or cleaned to print quality, and vector elements I can redraw. Where an image is beyond saving I will tell you before you order, not after delivery.
Do you handle packaging, dielines, Spot UV and foil?
Yes. Dielines, cut contours, Spot UV, foil, emboss and varnish go out as separate named layers or plates, the way production needs them. Send the dieline template from your printer if you have one.
Can you match Pantone or my brand colours?
Yes. I set up spot colours, rich black and 100% K where each belongs, and check overprint and knockout on small black text. Note that CMYK cannot reproduce every Pantone exactly - I will tell you which colours shift and what the closest press-accurate build is.
What exactly is a preflight report?
A short PDF showing what was checked and what passed: bleed and trim, colour mode and profiles, image resolution, fonts, overprint. You can forward it to your printer instead of arguing about whose fault a problem is.
How fast can you deliver? Do you take urgent jobs?
Standard turnaround is in the package. Urgent work is usually possible the same day - message me before ordering with the deadline and the files, and I will confirm whether I can hit it.
