WHY BY HAND
Auto-trace leaves ragged edges, stray points and open paths. A plotter chokes on them and a press shows every one. I run prepress at a commercial print house, so the file I hand you is the file production accepts.

Your printer rejects files for reasons that never show on screen: RGB colour, no bleed, hairlines, a dieline drawn as decoration.
I run operations at a commercial print house - offset, digital and wide format - and I started on the press floor. I see incoming artwork all day and know why it comes back. My designers come from the same production background.
I design and prepare packaging, labels, business cards, flyers and large format, and hand you a press file with a preflight report your printer can act on.

FAQ
Do you use Image Trace or auto-trace?
No. Auto-trace leaves ragged edges and hundreds of unnecessary anchor points that break on a cutter or a RIP. Every path is drawn by hand — usually 10–20 points where auto-trace produces hundreds.
My image is tiny and blurry. Is that a problem?
Usually not. We redraw it, we don't upscale it. Send it before ordering and we'll confirm what's possible.
Can you match my exact colours?
Yes. Send HEX, CMYK or Pantone values. If you don't have them, we match visually and tell you the closest Pantone.
I need a file my vinyl cutter accepts.
Say so in the order. You get closed paths with no strokes and no overlaps, ready to cut. Add the cut-file extra if you need it prepared for a specific plotter.
Will it work for screen printing or DTF?
Yes. We separate colours and outline all text. Tell us the process and we'll set the file up for it.
Can you change or improve the design?
Small cleanups are included — fixing wobbly curves, aligning elements, sharpening corners. A redesign is a separate service, message us first.
What if I don't like the result?
Revisions are included in every package. We keep working until the paths are right.
Is my artwork kept private?
Yes. Your files are never shown in our portfolio without your permission.

I open your file in Illustrator and redraw it with the pen tool, path by path. No Image Trace, no auto-trace. You get clean closed paths that scale to any size and cut cleanly on a plotter.
