What information do you need from me?
I need your business name, contact information, services, business hours, service area, logo, preferred colors, written page content, images, frequently asked questions, and WordPress administrator access.
Will you create the chatbot from scratch?
No. I will install and configure an established chatbot service or WordPress integration using the business information and FAQs you provide. Custom AI model development and advanced chatbot programming are not included.
Can the chatbot collect customer leads?
Yes. The chatbot can be configured to request information such as a visitor’s name, email address, phone number, and service needed. Available lead-delivery options depend on the chatbot platform and plan.
Are chatbot subscriptions and API fees included?
No. The buyer is responsible for any chatbot subscription, API usage, premium plugin, domain, or hosting costs. I will explain any required third-party costs before beginning the project.
Do I need to already have WordPress and hosting?
Yes, you should have a domain, hosting account, and WordPress installation. Hosting setup is included only in the Premium package, but the buyer must still purchase the hosting and domain.
Will the chatbot always provide perfect answers?
No AI chatbot can guarantee perfect answers. I will configure and test it using the information you provide, but the buyer should review its responses and continue monitoring it after delivery.
Can you add the chatbot to my existing WordPress website?
Yes. The Basic package can be used for a one-page website or for adding a basic chatbot and lead form to a suitable existing WordPress website. Please contact me first so I can review your site.
What is the difference between the Basic, Standard, and Premium packages?
