How do the hours work? Do they expire?
You buy a block of hours and I log them as I use them. The hours run inside the delivery window for that package: 7 days for 5 hours, 14 for 10, 30 for 20. At the end I send you the log so you can see exactly where every hour went.
What do you need from me to start?
Three things. The project you want moved, access to wherever the work already lives, and one person on your side I can ask questions. That is enough. I do the digging myself and come back within 24 hours with what I found and what I plan to do.
I am not sure how many hours I need. What should I buy?
Message me before you order. Tell me the project and roughly how stuck it is, and I will tell you honestly which package fits. If five hours is enough, I will say so rather than sell you twenty.
Can I add more hours partway through?
Yes. There is a gig extra for five more hours at the same rate, and you can add it at any point in the order. If you would rather move up a package instead, message me and I will send you a custom offer.
Do you work in our project tool, or do we move to yours?
Yours. I work in whatever your team already uses, and if you do not have anything set up yet I will build it. I will not ask a team to learn a new tool in the middle of a project that is already behind.
Will you work directly with my team and clients?
Only if you want me to. Some buyers want me in front, running the check-ins and keeping things moving. Others want everything to come through them. Tell me which at the start and I will stay in that lane.
