I will build an editable Excel tracker for a small product inventory at one location. Record stock coming in and going out, see calculated quantities on hand and spot products at or below your chosen reorder level.
The starter package includes:
- 50 unique product-code slots and 100 stock-movement rows
- A product sheet plus a stock-movement log
- Opening stock, stock-in, stock-out and on-hand formulas
- Reorder flags and stock value using your supplied unit costs
- Clearly marked input columns and short in-sheet instructions
You receive an editable .xlsx workbook customized from one clean product list within the 50-product limit. All valid log entries count; dates are reference fields. Delivery is 3 days with one consolidated revision within the agreed scope.
I use AI-assisted tools to build and check the workbook. Discuss any restrictions on AI use before ordering.
Automatic row expansion, date-filtered reports, multiple warehouses, barcode hardware, POS or shop sync, forecasting, batch or expiry tracking and macros are excluded. Added capacity or new features need a separate quote.

What does one revision include?
One consolidated set of corrections or formatting adjustments within the agreed 50-product, 100-log-row scope. New files, extra capacity, multiple locations or new features require a separate quote.
How do opening stock and dated entries work?
Opening quantities are the starting point, then all valid stock-in and stock-out entries are counted. Dates are for reference; this package does not include date-filtered reports. Explain your opening-stock cutoff to avoid double counting.
Are the files editable?
Yes. Delivery is an editable Excel .xlsx workbook. Confirm your Excel version and device before ordering. Google Sheets compatibility must be agreed and tested separately.
What information should I send?
Send one clean list of up to 50 unique product codes, names, opening quantities, reorder levels and unit costs. Fictional or redacted data can be used for setup. Remove customer details, passwords, account access and unnecessary private information.
