During my internship at Bosch Limited's Nashik Plant, I worked with the HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Department to design and build a comprehensive 45-page Power BI dashboard. I sorted, cleaned, and organized raw data across 15+ Excel files, consolidating them into a single, unified reporting system. I developed 30+ custom DAX measures to track key metrics such as incident rates, safety compliance, and environmental monitoring. The project addressed over 15 real business use cases spanning safety reporting, audit tracking, and environmental compliance — replacing manual, error-prone Excel-based processes with an automated, real-time reporting solution. I worked closely with HSE department heads to gather requirements, validate data accuracy, and ensure the final dashboards met production standards. This experience strengthened my skills in Excel data management, Power BI, DAX, data modeling, and stakeholder collaboration, while giving me hands-on exposure to solving real-world industrial safety and compliance challenges through data.
