Q: Do I need to give you my Shopify login?
No. I work through Shopify's Collaborator Request feature or a limited Staff account with only the access needed for the build. Your credentials stay yours.
Q: What do you need from me to get started?
Your store link (or niche/products if starting fresh), any brand assets you have — logo, colors, fonts — and 2-3 reference stores whose look you like. If you don't have brand assets yet, I can propose a direction based on your products.
Q: I already have a Shopify store. Can you redesign it instead of building a new one?
Yes. I regularly take over existing stores that aren't converting — redesign the homepage, fix product pages, clean up SEO, and get the whole thing actually selling. Send me your store link before ordering and I'll tell you exactly what needs fixing.
Q: What if I'm not happy with the design?
Every package includes unlimited revisions. I keep working until you're proud to send people to it - that's not a bonus, that's the standard.
Q: Do you set up dropshipping stores too?
Yes. Whether you're sourcing your own products or running a dropshipping model, I set up the store, connect your suppliers/products, and build it to actually convert, not just function.
Q: Will my store be optimized for Google/SEO?
Standard and Premium packages include SEO fundamentals — meta title, descriptions, and image alt text — so your store isn't invisible to search from day one.
Q: How long does it take?
Basic: 3 days. Standard: 5 days. Premium: 7 days. Need it faster? Extra fast delivery is available as an add-on.
Q: What if I need more products or pages than what's listed in my package?
