The service provided by Neko Nyan was excellent, even outstanding. The detailed, step-by-step guide they gave us to overcome the language barrier at the vending machines was incredible, and they were able to offer the service at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Working with Neko is great. He is very proactive, responsive and works very well. I believe he's extremely reliable in getting the tickets. The only thing is I believe the price is very high. And that's the main reason he's not getting a 5. Driver behind is that for 2 tickets (which cost 5.5€ each + plus shipment), I had to pay 210€.

Instructions for how to proceed with ticket pickup were very clear, and we had such a wonderful experience! We would not have been able to access this experience otherwise, everything was timely, and Neko was very responsive to questions. Highly recommended!
