Your Mini Program builds locally, previews fine, and still does not work for real users. The failure may sit between the code and the platform rather than in one source file.
I work on the whole chain: the project itself, WeChat DevTools, CloudBase functions and permissions, request domains, HTTPS, and version state.
Preview code, development build upload, trial version, review and release are five different states. A team can believe it shipped when it only uploaded a development build. I report each state separately and tell you which one you are actually in.
Basic is diagnosis only: send me the error output, screenshots and relevant code, and I return a layered read of what is failing and what to check next. No code changes at that tier.
I will not register accounts, hold your AppID, or complete identity verification. I will not claim any platform requirement can be bypassed. Where the blocker is a requirement, I will name it and say who has to satisfy it.

FAQ
Do you need my WeChat admin account?
No, and please do not offer it. For Basic I work from what you send me. For Standard and Premium I need the code and a reproducible condition; anything that requires the account owner, I write up as an instruction for you to perform.
Can you help with review submission or release?
I can prepare the build, diagnose submission blockers and document the remaining steps. WeChat decides approval, and the account owner keeps the final submission and release authority. This Gig does not promise approval.
It "works in DevTools" but fails on a phone. Can you fix that?
This often points to a request domain, HTTPS/certificate, permission or version-state issue. The phone may be running a different build from the one you checked in DevTools. Diagnosis is the Basic package.
Can you bypass ICP filing / the domain whitelist / category restrictions?
No. Those are platform requirements. If one is blocking the project, I will identify it and explain what the account owner needs to provide or configure.
Will you rewrite my Mini Program?
Not in this Gig. This is diagnosis and repair of what exists. A rebuild is a different conversation and a custom offer.
What do I get at the end?
A patch, the steps to verify it, a written note of what changed and why, and a release-state checklist showing which gates are passed and which are not.
Do you support CloudBase specifically?
Yes. I work with cloud functions, environment visibility, permissions, deployment, and deployed-file readback. That lets me confirm what is online instead of trusting a deploy log.
Can we do a call?
Written-first and asynchronous. For debugging this is usually better: you get a written trail your next developer can read.
