I accept CSV, Excel, or Google Sheets files. If your data is in a database (SQL, etc.), I can also work directly with an export or a shared connection.
2. What if I don't have "churn" labeled in my data?
No problem — I can help define churn based on your business (e.g., no purchase in X days) and calculate it from your raw activity or transaction data.
3. Do I need a large dataset for this?
Not necessarily. Even a few hundred customer records can reveal useful churn patterns, though larger datasets (1,000+) give more reliable predictive models.
4. Will you share the analysis code/model with me?
Yes, on Standard and Premium packages I include the Python/SQL scripts or notebook used, so you can reuse or extend the analysis later.
