FAQ
What file formats can I send my product data in?
I can work with Excel, CSV, Google Sheets, or even a plain document list. If you're not sure how to format it, just send what you have and I'll organize it.
Do you need product images, or can I provide links?
Either works — you can send image files directly or provide links to where they're hosted, and I'll upload them to your store.
Which platforms do you work with?
I primarily work with Shopify and WooCommerce, and I'm comfortable with Amazon listings too. Let me know your platform when placing your order.
Can you write product descriptions, or do I need to provide them?
This Gig covers data entry using descriptions you provide. If you need original product descriptions written, let me know and we can discuss that separately.
How do you handle product variants (size, color, etc.)?
Variant setup is included in the Premium package. Just provide the variant details (size, color, price differences, etc.) and I'll configure them correctly in your store.
What if I have more products than the package covers?
No problem — additional products can be added as a Gig Extra, or you can choose a higher package upfront if you know your total count.
How do you ensure accuracy with large catalogs?
I double-check pricing, titles, and categorization against your source file before marking the order complete, to minimize errors.
