Not included: hosting, domain and third-party fees, which the providers bill to your own accounts, copywriting, and work outside the agreed scope.

FAQ
Do you use templates or a page builder?
No. Every site is built in React and written in code for your business. That keeps it fast, easy to extend and free of page-builder licence fees.
What technology do you use?
React for the front end, with Node.js and a SQL database such as PostgreSQL for the back end on Standard and Premium. Vue is available on request.
What counts as a page?
A page is one screen, such as home, about, services, contact, a dashboard or a form. Extra pages are a paid add-on on any package.
Will it work on phones?
Yes. Every page is responsive, and I check it on phone, tablet and desktop before delivery.
Can I update the content myself?
On Standard and Premium, yes. You get an admin area to edit your text, images and listings without touching code. The Basic site is updated through the code.
Do you write the text?
You provide the text, images and logo, and I place and style them. Copywriting is not included. I can use placeholder text until yours is ready.
Is SEO included?
The basics are: page titles and descriptions, clean structure, fast loading and mobile-friendly pages. Ongoing SEO and marketing are not included.
Do I own the code?
Yes. You receive the full source code and handover notes, and the site runs on your own hosting account.
Who pays for hosting and the domain?
You do, on your own accounts. I deploy the site for you and recommend options that fit your budget.
Do you fix problems after delivery?
Yes. I fix any bugs in the delivered work for 7 days on Basic, 14 days on Standard and 30 days on Premium. New features are quoted separately.
