1. What access do you need?
A dedicated account with only the roles needed for the job, ideally temporary (PIM) or through Azure Lighthouse. I never ask for your Global Admin password.
2. Will you make changes without asking me?
No. In the Basic package I only review and report. In Standard and Premium I show you the plan first, and every change has a rollback.
3. What do I get at the end?
A PDF report with what I found, what I changed and what you should do next, written in plain language.
4. Do you do migrations to Azure?
Yes, but the size changes a lot from one company to another. Send me a message with your environment and I will make a custom offer.
5. Can you work with Microsoft 365 and Intune too?
Yes. Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune and the Microsoft 365 security settings are part of the Premium package, or can be quoted separately.
