The Genesis: A Technical Vision (2016) The story of NETREX began in 2016, rooted in a singular mission to bridge the gap between high-level engineering and creative digital design. Starting as a solo freelance web developer, I leveraged my Computer Science background to master the intricacies of the web. Initially, my focus was purely technical, specializing in Front-End Development and mastering the leading CMS platforms of the time, including WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, Weebly, and Webflow. From Freelancer to Agency: The Dubai Launch As the demand for high-performance, bespoke web solutions grew, it became clear that a solo operation could no longer contain the vision. I successfully transitioned to a structured Agency Model and founded NETREX. We established our first headquarters in Dubai, hiring an elite small team of developers and designers to handle a rapidly growing international client base. Strategic Global Expansion (2022) By 2022, NETREX achieved a massive milestone by taking its operations global. We expanded our footprint into the world's most competitive tech hubs, opening offices in London and New York to serve our premium Western markets. This was followed by a strategic expansion into Vancouver and Brisbane, while maintaining our heavy operational and development hub in Lahore. Today, NETREX is a globally registered entity across the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, and Pakistan. The Evolution of Services: Engineering & Beyond As we expanded geographically, we also expanded technically. While we began with web design and SEO, our clients soon demanded more complex engineering. This led us to integrate: Custom Web Application Development: Engineering robust, scalable software solutions. Mobile App Development: Delivering high-end iOS and Android applications for global brands. I worked as a Front-End Web Developer on a project for ADNOC, contributing to the development and enhancement of their ERP module, Pognosis. My primary responsibility was to build and optimize user-facing interfaces for the ERP system, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience across desktop and internal enterprise environments. I collaborated closely with backend developers, project managers, and internal stakeholders to translate functional requirements into clean, maintainable, and scalable front-end components. Within the Pognosis ERP module, I focused on developing dynamic dashboards, structured data tables, reporting interfaces, and interactive UI elements to improve usability and workflow efficiency. The system handled operational and business-critical data, so performance, accuracy, and structured layout were essential. I worked extensively with modern front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks to ensure consistency across modules. Special attention was given to UI clarity, accessibility, and optimization to support enterprise-level usage. Additionally, I participated in UI refinement, bug fixing, performance improvements, and alignment with internal branding guidelines. Working on an enterprise ERP environment required strict adherence to structured development practices, version control, and coordinated release cycles. This experience strengthened my ability to work within large-scale corporate systems, handle complex data-driven interfaces, and deliver high-quality front-end solutions in a structured and professional environment.
