I specialize in building automated systems that eliminate manual data entry and close communication gaps for service-based businesses, medical practices, and agencies. Over the past 3 years, I have successfully connected major platforms like GoHighLevel (GHL), Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Tebra, and Airtable to create centralized hubs that capture, route, and contact leads automatically. Key achievements: • Built custom high-conversion GHL dashboards for home service companies, reducing missed follow-ups by over 40%. • Integrated complex medical practice software (Jane App, Kareo) with CRM systems to streamline patient onboarding and reduce administrative burnout. • Designed automated lead-routing workflows for insurance agencies, ensuring that no client inquiry is ever left unassigned. My goal is simple: Give business owners their time back by building a self-running back-office system that scales with them.
