Executive dysfunction is a term used to describe difficulties or impairments in a set of cognitive processes collectively known as executive functions. These executive functions are essential mental skills that allow individuals to plan, organize, initiate, sustain, and complete tasks effectively.

Executive functions are cognitive skills that help us manage our lives effectively. Autistic and ADHD create challenges in areas such as planning, organization, and time management. As an Executive Function Coach specialist, I focus on building habits that fit how your brain is wired!

Executive Function Skill Development: Through interactive sessions, I will guide you in enhancing skills such as organization, time management, prioritization, task initiation, and problem-solving.

Sessions are an hour long. We will meet weekly or more if needed. We will prioritize goals and develop plans to make you more productive and engaged. Sessions and goals are driven by you, and tailored to your personality and lifestyle.

Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance of any need to cancel or reschedule. Clients who do not show up for their meeting will be charged and have their delivery closed.
