FAQ
Can you manage our entire Microsoft 365 environment from scratch?
Yes. I handle the complete setup, configuration, security and ongoing management. You get a fully functioning Microsoft ecosystem without the learning curve.
Can you manage our company's Microsoft systems long term?
Absolutely. I offer ongoing management where I act as your Microsoft 365 admin, handling updates, users, permissions and optimization so you never worry about it.
Do you actually write PowerShell scripts or just use templates?
I write custom scripts from scratch for your specific needs. No templates, just code that solves your exact problem.
How do you know PowerShell scripting is done correctly?
I test everything in a safe environment first, include error handling and document what the script does so nothing breaks your live system.
Can you integrate our existing tools with Microsoft 365?
Yes. I connect your CRM, accounting software, project tools and other systems into your Microsoft environment so data flows automatically.
Do you provide training after setup?
I include handover documentation and can provide training sessions so your team knows how to use what I built.
What if something breaks after you're done?
I offer support packages and always document my work thoroughly so fixes are quick if anything needs adjustment.
Can you migrate our data without losing anything?
Yes. I plan migrations carefully, test before moving live data and verify everything transferred correctly.
Do you work with small businesses or just enterprises?
I work with businesses of all sizes. The tools scale, so whether you have 5 people or 500, I build what fits.
How long does a typical project take?
Depends on scope, but most SharePoint intranets take 1 to 2 weeks, Power Apps 3 to 7 days, and automation workflows 2 to 5 days.
