What if my document has more pages than the selected package?
Please send me the file before ordering. I can review it and provide an appropriate custom offer through Fiverr.
Can you handle scanned PDFs or photos?
Yes, as long as the text is readable. Send me a sample page first and I will tell you honestly whether it will come out clean. If a scan is too poor to convert accurately, I will say so rather than take the order and deliver something you cannot trust.
What if the numbers do not match my PDF?
They will, because I check the totals against your document before delivering. If you find anything wrong, tell me and I will fix it at no cost, revision or not.
Do you work with French documents?
Yes. I am based in France and work in both French and English. French number formats, dates and accounting layouts are no problem.
