As an AI Developer and Team Leader at JoinVenture AI, a concern of Betopia (bdCalling), I played a key role in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI-driven solutions tailored to real-world business needs. My responsibilities combined hands-on development with technical leadership, where I built agentic AI systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and automation workflows that improved knowledge access, decision-making, and operational efficiency. I translated business requirements into scalable AI architectures by integrating large language models, embedding systems, vector databases, and structured data processing pipelines. I worked extensively with modern frameworks such as LangChain and Gemini-based models to create domain-specific assistants, knowledge retrieval systems, and conversational interfaces capable of contextual understanding and dynamic reasoning. In addition to development, I led cross-functional teams through the full solution lifecycle, from problem definition and architecture design to deployment and refinement. I mentored team members, reviewed technical implementations, and established practical engineering standards to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability of delivered solutions. I also contributed to improving retrieval accuracy through metadata-aware search strategies, hybrid routing between analytical agents and semantic retrieval systems, and optimization of prompt workflows. These efforts helped deliver reliable and business-ready AI systems that transformed raw organizational data into actionable insights and intelligent automation capabilities.
