Do you design custom logos or only brand style guides?
Both. Basic provides a 2-page style guide for your existing logo. Standard includes 2 initial custom logo concepts and a 5-page guide. Premium includes 3 initial concepts and an 8-page brand book.
What do you need to start my project?
Please provide your business name, tagline (if any), industry, target audience, preferred colors, design style, and any reference images. For Basic, please also provide your existing logo in the highest-quality format available.
Which logo and source file formats will I receive?
File formats depend on your package. Standard and Premium include PNG/JPG exports and editable SVG/EPS vector artwork. Native Adobe Illustrator AI and live-text Photoshop PSD files are not included unless agreed separately.
What is included in the brand style guide?
Depending on the package, the guide covers logo usage, brand colors, typography, layout recommendations, and visual consistency. Higher packages include more detailed rules and applications.
How many logo concepts and revisions are included?
Basic includes 1 revision to the brand guide, but no new logo. Standard includes 2 initial logo concepts and 2 revisions. Premium includes 3 initial logo concepts and 3 revisions. A new direction after selection is not a revision.
Can you redesign my existing logo?
Yes. I can refresh or redesign an existing logo under a package that includes logo design or through a custom offer. Please share the current artwork and explain what you want to improve.
Can you create packaging, business cards, or social media designs?
Yes. Premium includes one business card design and 2 social graphics. Packaging concepts and additional branded materials can be requested as extras or through a custom offer.
Will my logo be unique and suitable for commercial use?
Your design will be customized for your business. However, worldwide originality, trademark availability, and legal exclusivity cannot be guaranteed without a separate clearance process. Please discuss any commercial licensing requirements before ordering.
Do you use AI in your design process?
AI tools may assist with concept exploration or presentation mockups. I refine the final design around your brief and provide the deliverables specified in your package. Please tell me before ordering if your project has restrictions on AI use.
What if I need something not included in your packages?
Message me with your project details, deliverables, preferred formats, and deadline. I can review the scope and provide a custom offer before work begins.
