After you order, I send a short 9-question form about your restaurant — your cuisine type, team size, staff roles, operating hours, and the specific problem you want to fix. I use your answers to write every section of the document around your specific operation. Nothing is generic.
What file format will I receive?
You receive both Microsoft Word (.docx) and PDF formats. The Word file lets you edit content and add your logo whenever needed. The PDF is clean and print-ready — you can hand it to staff on the same day you receive it.
How fast will I receive my documents?
Basic and Standard orders are delivered within 48 hours of receiving your completed questionnaire. Premium packages are delivered within 72 hours. If you have an urgent deadline, message me before ordering and I will do my best to accommodate you. I also offer a 24-hour rush delivery add-on.
What if I want changes after I receive the document?
Every package includes revisions — 1 revision for Basic, 2 for Standard, 3 for Premium. Tell me exactly what needs changing and I will update the document quickly.
