Turn bank statements into an Excel transaction table you can filter and review.
I convert readable PDFs, scans, or existing exports into organized records containing:
- Transaction date and original description
- Money in, money out, and currency
- Balance as shown in the source, where available
- Statement/page references
I standardize agreed date and number formats, keep accounts and currencies separate, and check entered values against your source. Unclear entries and possible duplicates are flagged, not guessed or silently removed.
Packages cover 50, 150, or 300 transactions within 10, 30, or 60 source pages. Both limits apply. One transaction equals one output row. Delivery includes Excel and review notes; Premium also includes CSV. Pricing is for this fixed scope.

This service covers conversion and organization only. Bookkeeping, reconciliation, audit, tax advice, and accounting classification are not included.
FAQ
Which fields will the spreadsheet include?
Date, original description, money in, money out, currency, and source references. Balances are copied only where shown in the source. Missing balances stay blank; I do not calculate or certify them.
How do you handle unclear entries and duplicates?
I flag unclear values and possible duplicates for review. I do not guess missing details or silently remove transactions. Any removal must follow a rule agreed with you.
Can you handle several statements or currencies?
Yes, within the package scope. Accounts and currencies remain separate, and source order is preserved unless we agree another layout. Currency conversion is not included.
How are transactions and pages counted?
One transaction equals one output row. Both limits apply: Basic 50 transactions within 10 pages; Standard 150 within 30; Premium 300 within 60. Existing spreadsheet exports are subject to the transaction limit.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers the agreed columns and layout using the original supplied files. I correct my entry errors. New files, extra transactions, or additional requirements are a scope change and may need a custom quote.
