Whether youre dealing with self-doubt, difficult conversations, low confidence at work or feeling stuck in your own head, we'll focus on whats really going on and what will genuinely help.

Depending on the option you choose, we can either focus on a single, focused session or take more time to explore things in depth and build momentum.

How does the session work?
We’ll meet online (Zoom or Teams) for a focused conversation based on your situation. There’s no fixed agenda — we’ll quickly get to what matters and work through it together.
What can I use this session for?
Anything related to confidence, self-belief or overthinking. For example, difficult conversations, speaking up at work, self-doubt, imposter syndrome or any everyday situation where you simply want to feel more confident and capable.
Will you tell me what I should do?
No. The aim is to help you figure out what makes sense to you. I’ll guide the conversation and challenge your thinking where useful. For the topic of confidence in particular, I want you to come away feeling empowered, not reliant on other people's advice.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No preparation is required. If there’s a particular situation or challenge you’d like to discuss, feel free to bring it along. Otherwise, we’ll work together to identify what’s most useful to focus on.
What happens after I book?
I’ll send you a message to arrange a time that works for both of us. Sessions are held online via Zoom or Teams and are usually scheduled within a few days, depending on availability.
Can we have more than one session?
Absolutely. You can choose a package from the outset, or start with a single session and decide afterwards whether you’d like to continue. Some people get what they need in one conversation, while others prefer a bit more time and support.
What if I’m not sure this is right for me?
If you haven’t had coaching before, it can feel a bit daunting — so you’re very welcome to message me in advance. Briefly outline your situation and I’ll let you know upfront if I think I can help. From my reply, you should get a good sense of whether we’re on the same wavelength.
Is this therapy?
No. Therapy often focuses on understanding & healing the past. Coaching is more focused on the present & future: helping you think clearly, build confidence & act. People who have had therapy find the two can complement each other. If you’re unsure, feel free to message me.
What makes your approach different?
As a business psychologist, my approach sits somewhere between traditional coaching and psychology. While this isn’t therapy, my training and experience mean I draw on evidence-based ideas and frameworks where useful, helping you think more clearly about what’s going on and what to do next.
