Welcome! From New York, I have got years of experience in the field of architecture. I am an expert in transforming design concepts into technical architectural drawings or simple 2D floor plans. My design services also include preliminary code analysis, zoning analysis, occupancy study, egress requirements, integrating ADA requirements, sizing building per construction type. I do permit drawings per review and approval process of building department or other authorities having jurisdiction. For the presentations I mostly use Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign.
