What information do I need to provide to get started?
I need your business documents, product/service list with prices, website URL if you have one, and your preferred messaging channel (WhatsApp, Telegram or website). The more information you provide the more accurate your chatbot will be.
Will the chatbot give wrong information to my customers?
No. Unlike basic ChatGPT chatbots mine uses RAG technology which means it only answers from YOUR real business data. It never guesses or makes up information. If it doesn't know something it directs customers to contact you directly.
Do I need a website to have a chatbot?
No! Your chatbot can work through WhatsApp or Telegram without any website. However, if you have a website, I can embed it there too so customers can reach you from multiple channels.
What happens after delivery, can I update the chatbot?
Yes! I set up your system so you can easily update your business information anytime. If your prices or services change just update your document or website and the chatbot automatically learns the new information.
