About this Gig
Looking for an Airtable expert to build a smart, automated system for your business?
I help startups, agencies, and teams replace messy spreadsheets with a clean Airtable database, optimized Airtable CRM, and professional Softr webapp all running on autopilot.
If your data is disorganized or your workflows rely on manual work, I build systems that fix that.
What I deliver: Secure Airtable interfaces, client portals, and dashboards via Softr, connected with smart automation. Using n8n, Zapier, Make.com, and AI workflows, your system runs itself no manual entry, no missed follow-ups.
I also integrate Clay.com, Notion, Google Sheets, ClickUp, Smartsheet, and NocoDB when needed.
MY EXPERTISE:
- Airtable setup, database design & formulas
- Airtable automation & CRM workflows
- Softr webapps & client portals
- n8n automation & AI agents
- Zapier, Make.com & API integrations
- Airtable dashboards & project management
Whether you need a new Airtable CRM or want to automate an existing base, I'll build a system that scales.

FAQ
What do I need to get started?
Just send me a brief description of what you're trying to build or automate in Airtable. If you already have a base, share access (viewer/editor as needed), and we’ll go from there!
Can you connect Airtable with other tools (like Zapier, Make, or Klaviyo)?
Absolutely! I can integrate Airtable with Zapier, Make, Klaviyo, Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, and many other apps to build powerful, automated workflows.
What kind of Airtable systems can you create?
I can build CRMs, project management systems, content calendars, marketing dashboards, inventory trackers, client portals, and more—fully tailored to your use case.
Can you fix or improve my existing Airtable base?
Definitely. I can optimize your base structure, fix broken automations, clean up your data, and suggest improvements for scalability and performance.
Do you offer custom interfaces with Airtable?
Yes! I design clean, user-friendly Airtable Interfaces so you and your team can interact with your data easily—no tech skills needed.
Is my data safe and secure?
100%. I treat your data with full confidentiality and will never share, sell, or misuse your information. NDA available upon request.
