I will map and improve your business processes and workflows
About this Gig
Is your business running on messy, undocumented processes?
Most inefficiencies aren't obvious from the inside. Tasks get done twice, handovers get lost between teams, and small delays quietly add up.
WHAT I DO
I analyze your processes and workflows end to end, find the bottlenecks, and give you a practical plan to fix them. No generic advice everything is based on how your business actually operates.
WHAT YOU GET
- A clear breakdown of your current process and where it breaks down
- Specific, prioritized improvements you can act on immediately
- Implementation document and consulting deck (depending on package)
- Ready-to-use SOPs to standardize how work gets done (Premium)
WHY ME
MSc in Economic & Business Strategy and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. I've mapped and redesigned real service processes cutting delays, replacing manual tracking with digital tools, and writing SOPs teams actually use. I currently work in business development at a fast-growing logistics company, so I get both the operational and commercial side.

FAQ
What do you need from me to get started?
A short description of the process you want improved, plus any existing documents you have (spreadsheets, notes, current procedures). If you have nothing written down, that's fine — I'll send you a few questions to fill in the gaps.
Do I need to have documented processes already?
Not at all. Most clients come to me precisely because nothing is documented. I'll work from how things actually happen day to day.
Which package should I choose?
Basic if you want one process reviewed. Standard if you have a few connected processes or want an implementation plan with more consulting time. Premium if you want the full picture, including ready-to-use SOPs. Message me if you're unsure and I'll advise honestly.
Do you offer a call?
Consulting hours are included in every package and can be used for a call, written Q&A, or a mix — whatever works best for you.
What industries do you work with?
I work mainly with SMBs and startups in e-commerce, travel and tourism, and general business services. The methodology applies broadly, so feel free to ask if your industry isn't listed.
