About me
I build website assistants that answer only from a knowledge base the client approves, so they never invent an answer. Voice, text chat, and an optional photoreal video avatar. My first deployment has been live in production on a healthcare technology company's site since August 2026, where a made-up answer is a real problem. Background in business development and information security, so every build ships with safety rules the client can't switch off and a test suite that proves them before each deploy.
