What do you need to get started?
Please provide a description of the issue, an error screenshot and details of who should have access. We’ll arrange authorised access or a guided session. Do not send passwords.
Do I need administrator access?
Some fixes require a site owner or Microsoft 365 administrator. I’ll confirm the permissions needed before you order. Your administrator may need to assist.
Can you fix external sharing and guest access?
I can troubleshoot these issues and adjust settings where authorised. Changes must comply with your organisation’s sharing and security policies.
What if my issue needs more time than the package includes?
I’ll explain the findings and any additional work needed. Extra hours or a revised scope require your agreement before I continue.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers adjustments to the agreed permission changes. New issues, additional sites and expanded requirements are outside the original scope.
