Can you proofread the transcript?
Yes. Proofreading is included in the Standard and Premium packages and is available as an extra with the Basic package.
What if my recording has poor audio quality?
I will do my best to transcribe unclear sections, but poor audio, heavy background noise or overlapping speakers may affect accuracy. Please contact me before ordering if the recording quality is difficult.
Can you handle longer recordings?
Yes. Additional minutes can be purchased as an extra. For larger projects, please contact me before ordering so I can confirm the requirements and delivery time.
