Yes. Please send the error message, screenshots and steps to reproduce the problem. I will assess the issue and confirm the scope, price and delivery time before you order.
What access do you need?
Depending on the issue, I may need the relevant source code, logs and access to a development or staging environment. Please use temporary credentials with only the permissions needed for the task, and share them through Fiverr's order requirements.
Can you fix bugs in custom PHP applications?
Yes. I work with both Laravel applications and custom PHP codebases. Please share the relevant details so I can assess your application before accepting the order. What if the issue is more complex than expected? If the investigation reveals a wider problem, I will explain the findings and discuss
Are new features included?
No. These packages cover fixes to existing functionality. New features, redesigns and major upgrades can be quoted separately.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers adjustments to the delivered fix for the original agreed issue. It does not include new requirements or unrelated bugs.
Will you work on my live website?
I prefer to test changes in a development or staging environment first. If deployment to a live website is required, we will agree on the process and backup arrangements before making changes
