I am a PhD immunologist with five years of hands-on experience in multiparametric and spectral flow cytometry, cell sorting and downstream analysis in R and Python.

What I can do for you:

• Panel design: fluorochrome and antibody selection matched to your cytometer, brightness vs antigen density, spillover check, FMO and compensation plan.
• Data analysis: gating strategy, population frequencies and MFI, statistics between groups, publication-ready plots.
• High-dimensional analysis: clustering, UMAP or tSNE and cluster annotation for 15+ colour or spectral data.
• Gating review and troubleshooting when your results do not make sense.
