Hi! My name is Nico and I will help you seamlessly migrate your data into your Oracle NetSuite platform, so your business can benefit from clean, accurate, and well organized data and records.
I will help you with the following data migration processes:
- Identify all relevant data sources, and assess the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the existing data to determine any cleansing or normalization requirements.
- Develop a data migration strategy and approach based on your based on business requirements and constraints.
- Create the necessary import templates for each of the relevant record types.
- Map and transform the existing data fields and structures from source systems to the corresponding fields and records in NetSuite.
- Import the data into NetSuite using CSV Import tool, and validate the integrity and accuracy.

Do you need access to my NetSuite account to do the work?
Yes, I will need access to your account with an Administrator role in order to perform the work. I will sign an NDA if you business requires it.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, I can certainly sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement if your business requires it.
Can we have a live video call to discuss my requirements?
Absolutely! In fact, a call is encouraged so I can understand your specific business requirements more in depth and get some context on the scope of the project.
Do I need a sandbox/test account?
Ideally, we should start working on a Sandbox account so we can perform the appropriate testing and then deploy the work to your Production account. However, this is not a requirement. We can work directly in your Production account.
Do I need previous NetSuite knowledge?
No! You don't need any specific NetSuite knowledge. I will do all the work. However, I do need detailed requirements from you on what you expect from the project and your business needs.
How do you import the data into NetSuite
I use the native CSV Import tool by creating the necessary import templates for each one of the relevant record types and map the data to the NetSuite record fields
Does this require scripting or coding?
No, that's the beauty of NetSuite. Unlike other ERPs, creating and manipulating workflows do not require any scripting or coding.
