No, this service is based on document analysis. I evaluate the resumes you provide and deliver a report with rankings, insights, and suggested interview questions for you to conduct the interviews yourself.
Do you guarantee I'll hire the best candidate?
I provide an expert, data-driven evaluation to help you make a more informed decision, but the final hiring choice is always yours.
How many resumes can I send in the Basic package?
The Basic package covers up to 10 resumes. If you have more candidates, I recommend the Standard or Premium package, or we can discuss a custom offer.
What format should the resumes be in?
PDF or Word documents work best. If you have resumes in another format, just send them and I'll find a way to review them.
