What do you need from me to start working?
I will need WordPress administrator access and, depending on the error, your hosting control panel (cPanel/hPanel) or FTP credentials. Rest assured that all logins are handled with absolute confidentiality and security.
Will my website experience any downtime while you fix the error?
In most cases, no. I create a full backup before modifying any code. If the fix requires temporary maintenance mode, I will notify you in advance and perform it during low-traffic hours.
What happens if the bug cannot be fixed?
With over 10 years of experience, I can solve the vast majority of WordPress issues. However, if the error stems from an unfixable server limitation or a completely corrupted third-party plugin, you will receive a full refund.
