Hi! My name is Nikhil, and I'm from India. I have been working as a full-time digital illustrator on Fiverr for the past 5 years.

what files will I receive at the end?
It depends on the type of files you need, usually the source file will be a PSD, other files that i will deliver are JPEG, PNG and pdf as well :)
