Basic covers 1 issue on 1 form with up to 5 fields.
Standard covers 1 form with up to 8 fields.
Premium covers up to 2 forms with up to 10 fields each.
I will test the form after the fix and verify the result.
Not included: creating complex forms from scratch, calculators, multi-step systems, CRM/API integrations, or configuring a complete mail server infrastructure.
If the issue is caused by hosting, DNS, or a third-party email service limitation, I will identify the cause and explain what is required to resolve it.

What access do you need?
Usually I need WordPress administrator access. Depending on the issue, I may also need hosting, file manager or FTP access. I will only request access that is necessary for the task.
Can you fix a form that submits but no email arrives?
Yes. I can diagnose form settings, recipient configuration and common WordPress email delivery issues. If the cause is outside WordPress, such as DNS, hosting or the email provider, I will explain what needs to be changed.
Do you create new forms from scratch?
This Gig is mainly for fixing existing forms. A simple replacement may be possible after reviewing the requirements, but complex, multi-step or custom forms are outside the standard packages.
Which WordPress form plugins can you work with?
I can work with common WordPress form setups and custom form code. Please send me the name of the plugin or builder you use before ordering if you are unsure.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers adjustments to the agreed fix. New features, additional forms or requirements that were not part of the original order are considered additional work.
