About this Gig
A good schedule puts agents on the phones when customers call. A poor one leaves gaps at peak, with long queues and abandoned calls, and extra people in quiet hours that you still pay for. If your rota lives in a messy spreadsheet or on a whiteboard, it is hard to see either problem.
I will build a clean, reusable shift schedule template in Excel, set up for your team size and your shift patterns.
Basic gives you a weekly rota for a small team, with dropdowns for shifts and automatic hours totals per agent.
Standard adds a coverage view: how many agents are on shift each interval, compared with the number you need, with gaps and surpluses highlighted.
Premium handles larger teams and rotating patterns, and adds overtime and leave tracking so planners can see the full picture in one place.
No macros, and clear instructions are included. You can add agents, change shifts and roll the template forward week after week. If you already know your required staff per interval (for example from an Erlang C model), I will link it in.

It is built for Excel. A Sheets version is possible. Ask before ordering.
Can it handle split shifts or nights?
Yes. List your patterns in the requirements.
Will it create the schedule automatically?
It makes building and checking schedules fast and visual. It is not an automatic optimiser.
What if my team grows?
You can add rows yourself, or upgrade to a larger package later.
