At the intersection of cloud infrastructure, operations, and reliability engineering, I ensure that the core digital services supporting millions of users remain highly available, resilient, and performant. • Observability & Incident Management: Drive production investigations and root-cause analysis for high-traffic platforms (COSMOTE App, BOX food delivery, germanos.gr) utilizing Dynatrace, Kibana, and SQL for telemetry, debugging, and resolving payment gateway or microservice bottlenecks. • Release Coordination & Infrastructure Migrations: Orchestrate complex deployment lifecycles from initial scheduling to post-release sanity and regression testing. Act as the central coordinator aligning cross-functional teams (DBAs, Networks, Developers) during high-impact transitions, such as migrating cosmote.gr to OC3 technology and executing complex VLAN migrations. • Cloud, Containers & Automation: Manage, monitor, and optimize scalable hybrid environments using Azure and Kubernetes clusters. Develop production-grade Python and Shell scripts to automate critical operational tasks, including automated system patching, UC4 jobs for service lifecycle orchestration (start/stop), and automated reporting pipelines. • Applied Innovation: Collaborate with the OTE Group Innovation Center on EU-funded research initiatives (DATAMITE, 3D-CIRCULAR), co-authoring peer-reviewed publications (Springer, IntechOpen) on enterprise data quality and AI regulatory compliance.
